Office Closing @ 5 May 21, May 28, and June 15. Injection office closed May 27th, and June 18. Please call office going forward to get hours before coming to the office for injections, the hours will be modified. Office closed May 25th in observance of Memorial Day, Office closed and injection closed June 2, June 3, June 4, June 17th, and June 22nd to June 29th. Office will be open on June 18th but the Injection department will be closed in addition to the previous mentioned dates. Please check back because these dates can be revised at any time.
