Office Closing @ 5 April 23rd, and April 27th. Injection Office closed May 11, and May 27.Please call office going forward to get hours before coming to the office for injections. Hours will be modified. Office closed May 25th in observance of Memorial Day, Office closed June 17th, and June 22nd to June 25th. Office will be open on June 18th but the Injection department will be closed in addition to the previous mentioned dates. Please check back because these dates can be revised at any time.
